Meet the Creators: Dani and Meg O'Sheaheimer
Hello, we are Dani and Meg O'Sheaheimer, founders of Little Naturalists. For 5 years we worked directly with families and students at our preschool in Saint Paul, MN. Throughout this time we reviewed our contracts policies and paperwork yearly and continued to strive to create paperwork that clearly outlined our values, classrooms expectations, and community guidlines. We worked with Out Front Minnesota to write our Onboarding Packet for new families and took time to envision the type of environment and community we wanted to build and provide at Little Naturalists. We understand the challenges educators face in managing administrative tasks while striving to provide an exceptional learning experience. And, as we all well know, we as teachers wear many hats, many jobs, and work many more hours than just in the classroom. In creating our digital templates and sharing what we have learned and created with you, we hope to help you get some of your precious time back, and make your job as an educator easier.
